Kelly Cable is the general contractor for Lumen Technologies in the state of New Mexico. We complete all construction and maintenance activities, including placement of cables, conduit structures, vaults and manhole structures, cabinets, poles, and pedestals.

We deploy and splice both copper and fiber optics in aerial and underground environments, as well as completing all buried service wire (BSW) orders throughout the New Mexico Lumen network.

In addition, we provide Lumen with two-hour emergency response for outages and maintenance issues.

Kelly Cable is the primary contractor for the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM). We provide PNM with a wide range of services. These include:

• Placing conduits and cables for underground facilities.
• Sending licensed personnel to open transformers.
• Assigning fault location crews to work alongside PNM personnel.
• Providing pole attachment and make-ready engineering.

In addition, we also perform final inspections for PNM on completed attachments by licensees.

Kelly Cable is the primary contractor for Tularosa Basin Telephone Co-op in southern New Mexico. We handle all of their business construction and maintenance services.

We primarily provide construction and maintenance services, including placing cables, conduit structures, cabinets, poles, and pedestals.

Kelly Cable also provides the Tularosa Basin Telephone Co-op with emergency response and maintenance support.
