Steve Olson is the President of SiteWise LLC and Kelly Cable of New Mexico. Steve is widely respected in our industry for his dedication to safety, quality, and operational excellence. He joined Peak Utility Infrastructure, in May 2022 as Executive Vice President of Operations and Safety, quickly making a significant impact. In February 2023, Steve was promoted to President of SiteWise LLC, and soon after assumed leadership of Kelly Cable of New Mexico.

With a robust career in the industry, Steve previously served as Vice President at Mears Group Inc and, where he earned widespread respect for his leadership and commitment to high standards. Throughout his career, Steve has consistently demonstrated a profound dedication to fostering safe work environments and ensuring top-tier quality in all operations.

Steve oversees the strategic direction, financial performance, operations, quality, and safety protocols for SiteWise LLC and Kelly Cable of New Mexico. Since taking the reins, Steve has championed comprehensive safety programs that have significantly enhanced our already strong safety culture. Steve brings a wealth of expertise to his roles, including a proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi-faceted operations, prioritizing leadership development, employee engagement, and expertise in optimizing operations to enhance efficiency and performance. He is skilled in developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and success, building strong customer relationships, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and best practices.

Steve Olson holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, where he developed a strong foundation for his success in Operations Management. Beyond his professional pursuits, Steve is deeply passionate about his family, golf, and fishing. He treasures time spent with his loved ones, believing that family provides essential support, balance, and joy.

Ernie Sanchez is the Vice President of Operations at SiteWise LLC, where he brings over two decades of extensive experience in the construction industry. Ernie’s leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving Operational Excellence and fostering a culture of Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Innovation within the company.

Ernie joined SiteWise LLC in 2009 and has worked himself from a Meter Technician all the way to the Vice President, when he was promoted to in 2019. Ernie has overseen the growth of SiteWise, from adding new contracts, acquisitions, departments and helped develop a best-in-class career progression for its employees. He has overseen numerous large-scale projects, ensuring their successful completion on time and within budget. Ernie is a living example of the culture of growth and internal promotions at SiteWise.

Ernie is a strong advocate for workplace safety and employee growth. Under his leadership, SiteWise LLC has implemented comprehensive safety protocols and quality programs that have substantially reduced workplace incidents and improved our standing as leaders in utility construction. Through his unwavering commitment and dynamic leadership, Ernie Sanchez remains a pivotal force in shaping the future of construction operations at SiteWise LLC, ensuring the Company’s continued success and industry leadership.

In his spare time, Ernie enjoys mentoring young professionals entering the construction field, playing golf, and spending quality time with his family. His dedication to excellence, both professionally and personally, continues to drive the success and innovation at SiteWise LLC.

Connor Faughnan joined Peak Utility Infrastructure in February 2022, initially leading Financial Planning and Analysis across Peak’s portfolio of operating companies. In August 2024, he was promoted to Vice President of Finance for SiteWise LLC and Kelly Cable of New Mexico. In this role, Connor oversees financial planning, strategy, and operational analysis, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of delivering dependable natural gas, telecom, and electric infrastructure services.

With over 15 years of financial leadership experience, Connor has held progressive roles in energy, technology, and infrastructure industries. Before joining Peak, he served at Trimble Inc., where he drove efficiency and profitability through financial analysis and cost management initiatives. Earlier in his career, Connor held multiple roles at General Electric, ranging from commercial finance to corporate auditing, where he developed expertise in strategic financial planning and operations management across multiple industries.

Connor earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Sylvia Guadagnoli joined SiteWise as the Director of Human Resources in 2023. With over two decades of executive experience in human resources management, leadership, and safety, Sylvia brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence to her role. She is responsible for managing a HR department that meets current and future business needs.

Prior to joining SiteWise, Sylvia served as the Director of Human Resources for a nuclear and aerospace manufacturing contractor for the Department of Energy (DOE). Her career includes senior-level roles supporting government contracts for the Department of Justice, Department of Defense, and the Department of Transportation. Sylvia’s expertise encompasses a broad range of HR functions. Sylvia believes that people are the cornerstone of organizational success. By creating environments where employees can align their passions with their work and thrive, Sylvia is dedicated to building high performing, engaged, and teams that thrive in SiteWise and Kelly Cable of New Mexico’s cultures.

Sylvia earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management with honors, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. In her spare time Sylvia loves spending time with her family and can be often found cheering on her children at their sports games, or enjoying activities outdoors including camping, hiking, and snowboarding. Her strong academic background and extensive professional experience make her an invaluable leader at SiteWise and Kelly Cable of New Mexico.

Ricardo joined SiteWise in 2025 as our Director of Safety, Quality, and Training (SQT). Ricardo brings over 25 years of experience leading safety and quality initiatives across a wide range of industries. A leader with a proven track record of driving cultural transformation, enhancing operational performance, and fostering strong, safety-first mindsets at all levels of an organization.

Ricardo’s expertise lies in implementing innovative strategies, comprehensive training programs, and continuous process improvements that yield measurable results, including significant reductions in injuries and substantial cost savings. He is a certified expert in ISO 9001 auditing, Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (RMP), QMS Lead Auditing, OSHA 500, and is a Certified DISC Personality Facilitator, giving him a well-rounded skillset to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.

Throughout his career, Ricardo has been recognized for his people-first approach and ability to inspire high-performing teams. His personal values strongly align with our core values as an organization, and his passion for teamwork and lead by example leadership will be instrumental in advancing SiteWise’s commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Ricardo enjoys spending quality time with his family and cherishing life’s moments.
